40% of our fundraising goal achieved! Help us make it the rest of the way!

In less than 24 hours the Gamauli and Yoshinkhel Village partnership project has achieved 40% of the fundraising goal!

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far to help us move closer to our goal of raising $800 USD. This money will be transferred to Sabina in Yoshinkhel to purchase wool for the women to knit hats, gloves, sweaters and mufflers for 110 students at Krishna Primary School in Gamauli. Part of the funds will also help defray transportation costs as Gamauli is in a remote location of Nepal.

If you have not yet visited our project, please do so at GiveMeaning.com. Our project is located here:

Your generous donations will help the students at the school have warm clothes to wear during the winter months as their school does not have heat. It will allow them to attend school on cold winter days when they might have otherwise been kept home by concerned parents.

All of the money to pay for the clothes will also support wages for the women knitting these items in Yoshinkhel.

Keep those donations coming in. I am confident we'll reach our goal! Thank you again so much for showing your support.
