Occupation: Food Scientist
Biography: I have a BSc. in Food Science and Technology from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and I am currently working as a Product Development Technologist for a small food company in Sydney, though I feel that my time has come to step away from the commercial world and launch myself into alleviating some of the greater challenges of food supply in the world.

In recognition of the privilege with which I have grown up with, I would like to give something tangible back to those who need it most. I believe that my degree in Food Science can help me do that.

I have a strong sense of initiative and I tend to get restless if I don't have a substantial project to work on. Being a visual and hands-on person, I prefer to be involved in the action rather than stand on the sidelines of a situation.
