NABUUR Live on Dutch Innovation Seminar
Through Skype, Paul Bulenzi raised a question about the shipment of mosquito nets from the US to Uganda. The audience came up with a number of possible solutions by sharing their ideas live and real time.
One of the participants, Fons Sweegers, got in touch with a friend in the Netherlands who has a girlfriend in Uganda. She works for a US company with offices in the US and Kampala. This organisation is contacted to see if they could ship the mosquito nets. Now that's networking!
Furthermore, via one of the participants, NABUUR got in touch with Wings of Support, a spin off of the Royal Dutch Airlines that ships goods for good causes.
The Dutch Innovation Seminar is an initiative of 'De Baak'. De Baak is the place for leaders, business people and professionals to come in search of inspiration, motivation, knowledge and insight.
